Abstract
Swiss albino mice were inoculated with Ntaya and Zika virus strains. Concentrated suspension of the brains and cords of the mice were prepared and examined with the electron microscope. The Ntaya virus preparations showed characteristic cube shaped particles with a diameter of 80 m[mu], and the Zika virus preparation showed spherical particles with a diameter of 40 m[mu].
